The name “Croquilles” is a typical play on words that combines the terms coquilles – shells and croq – crispy. Croquilles – crunchy shells. This method of serving allows the dish to be consumed whole without the need to separate the shell (as in “Burgundy snails”). Here we offer three different recipes that can be served both together and separately. Let each of you find your favorite taste!

Raw materials used:
Meat of snails Helix Aspersa Maxima, crispy wafer shells in the shape of a snail,
Cow butter (86% fat) tomato paste, olives, walnuts, onion, garlic, spices, white wine
Method of preparation: ready for direct consumption. Heat in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 12 minutes. Serve warm.
